Stipend Investments OÜ purchased a commercial building located at 5 Piiri Street in Rapla.
The transaction was completed on October 27, 2021. Building area 301 m2. As a result of the modernization and energy-efficient reconstruction of the building, two commercial and production premises will be completed in the building. Completion of the reconstruction of the building is planned for spring 2022.
Entrance directly from the main street (Tallinna mnt). The total area is 208.8 m2, of which 23.4 m2 is the representative hall of the former bank hall. The core of the business premises on the second floor forms the largest part of the spatial plan of the historic banking premises.
